Yes you can get a refund on your deposits. The fastest way is to refund the initial deposit, you can refund fully or partially. You can do this easily in your Balance page with a click of a button. This is the quickest way for Stripe (our payment processor) to refund you. But each deposit can only be refunded once, so if you deposited $50, and only wanted refund $20, you cannot use that deposit to refund again. If you want the rest of the $30 refunded, you'll have to contact us, and we will initiate the refund ASAP. Our terms also indicate that ALL legitimate deposits are eligible for refunds upon request.
